Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) - The master bedroom, with king size bed, provides the seclusion and privacy you need after a busy day at the beach. The master bath is spacious with a large walk in shower as well as a soaking tub. Ensuite Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) - The second bedroom is an ensuite bedroom, providing your own private bathroom with walk in shower. Equipped with a king bed, this room essentially serves as a second master bedroom. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 8) - The Queen Room! Equipped with two built in queen beds and a queen over queen bunk. The shiplap built in beds are my favorite feature in the house! A dedicated full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 (sleeps 5) - The bunk room is equipped with a pair of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a trundle bed. Perfect for the kids room and away from the large living room gathering area in case you need to put the young kids to bed earlier than the adults. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo is shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2) - The last bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a large window that overlooks the pool and backyard of the house. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo is shared with bedroom 4. Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens and extra pillows and also Roku TVs! ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The large open kitchen is the ideal gathering area with large island and stools. The large island provides dining area with seating for 16 with additional indoor dining table that seats 6 people. ☆☆ COFFEE BAR ☆☆ Directly adjacent to the expansive kitchen is the deluxe coffee bar! Whatever your coffee fix, we have you covered. If you don't see you're preferred caffeine fix, let us know! ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The first living room is part of the open kitchen / dining / living room layout. Equipped with a 65" TV and comfy couch, it's the perfect place to relax and reminisce about your wonderful experiences! What can I say… the place was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for my bachelor party. House was immaculate inside and out. It had everything you needed for a big party of people with some privacy as well! Full kitchen all utensils/pots & pans. Enough towels for everyone. The coffee station was key! Basketball/Pickle ball. The fountain in the back with heated pool. It was perfect. If I was ever coming down to the St.Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota area again, Without a doubt this is the only house I’d want to stay at period! Rich & Amanda are great hosts. Between the early check in & great communication it’s exactly what I expect from every host and they nailed it thanks again Rich & Amanda. **** If you read this and are even considering another home in the area don’t cause this is the one to stay at 100%!!!
Exceeded our expectations. Super spacious & perfect for our larger group. The whole family enjoyed all the amenities. Close to so many beautiful beaches. We would definitely plan another stay at Pickleball Paradise.
Great place to stay! Having all the activities available was huge in keeping the large group together. The Pickleball Court was a WINNER! The location was just about perfect. Not far from shopping and so much to see and do!! The home was the perfect size for our group of 16. Had so much fun! I’d definitely recommend this home!!
